As a Pilates Instructor at Filosopia Wellness, you will lead private and Pilates sessions designed to improve clients’ strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. You’ll work in a peaceful wellness setting with motivated clients who value holistic health and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach safe, effective, and engaging mat or reformer Pilates classes (based on setup)

Conduct client assessments and personalize sessions according to fitness level and goals

Provide hands-on corrections and verbal cues to ensure proper alignment and technique

Maintain a welcoming and motivating studio atmosphere

Track client progress and recommend ongoing programs

Collaborate with the wellness team for cross-referrals and holistic programs

Uphold cleanliness, professionalism, and safety standards in all sessions

Certified Pilates Instructor (mat and/or reformer); international certifications a plus

Minimum 1 year experience teaching Pilates classes or one-on-one sessions

Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and postural alignment

Passionate about wellness and helping others improve physically and mentally

Strong communication skills and client rapport

Willingness to adapt to the Filosopia brand and contribute to its mission

Bonus: Background in yoga, dance, or physical therapy is a plus
